When looking at the designer’s work on the website its clear as to why there is no project statement. Basically all of the projects Kuma has posted on the website show direct relation to this project. It makes you question if the designer was designing a coffee shop or just covering it in sculptural twigs. Never the less… interesting work.

Now if only our North American Starbucks looked like this, I might actually go go for a coffee even though I hate the taste of burnt coffee, I would at least enjoy the experience of buying a cup of jo.

Visually dramatic & entertaining.Great detail. No one would think it’s Starbucks. But Y.E.’s right.
I’ll cry for those who’ll be cleaning the cob webs from walls & ceiling.
