Beautiful. Can’t imagine that pool or stairs comes close to meeting any safety related building codes if it was in the USA. But the design is very cool.

clean and crisp, and not overdone. looks great without furniture, couple go bean bags and you are good to go.

Great work, love the mix of glass, wood and white, although the house may be too exposed to the west. Either they will have to turn on the AC nonstop or put some nice shades, or they will fry.
