Delighful facade… must have pedestrians pausing in the street trying to work out the floor levels. Interiors very nicely detailed with the planting providing privacy and long views. This is playful architecture!

why didn’t they just cut that tree down, they already topped it. It’s just going to come back with ugly water sprouts. Also, it’s bad feng shui to have a tree so close to and in front of the front door.

I totally love the design on the building! It is a unique design and really makes for a great facade! Love the inside too.
