Really nice housing project. Modern, singular and very personal design, with class and style. Beauty inside and ouside spaces, with really good details, furnitures and complements, specially the stairway between levels. Very quite and homeful.
VERY GOOD JOB. Congratulacions from Barcelona.

This is a really great renovation because of the seamless design you see within the home. At first glance the renovation looks out of place from the front yard, but the repetition in curves and general shape (not just material) makes a connection between both sides. I was really taken aback by the windows surrounding the dining area. The tiny outdoor space they expose is surrounded by a tall, dark fence wall. To rememdy this, another row od windows was added, maybe about a foot in height, that captures the sunlight from above the fenceline. The windows are parrallel an second story wall, but the light is dropped beautifully amongst the table. Light is one of the most forgotten design elements, even though it probably has the most influence over the atmosphere within a space. Kudos from America, I loved it!
