You have to crack open an ice sphere to enjoy this cocktail

Watch how this Ice Ball Cocktail was made

Nick Fisher of Cocktail Chemistry, has shared his first video, about how to make an Ice Ball Cocktail.

Basically, using a spherical mould, he creates an ice sphere, but before it fully freezes, a small hole is melted, and the water is poured out, leaving a spherical ice shape.

A cocktail is then made separately, and using a funnel, the cocktail is poured into the ice sphere that is now in a glass. When it’s time to dink, you dramatically crack the sphere open with a little hammer.
