Aman Resorts have recently opened their second hotel in Japan. Named Amanemu, the resort is located within the Ise-Shima National Park on the Kii Peninsula, on the island of Honshu.
The resort, which overlooks Ago Bay, has been designed with a contemporary take on traditional Japanese aesthetics, using natural materials like woven textiles and large timber shutters.
