KINZO, a young German design firm, has created a conference boardroom table for Ernst & Young’s Berlin office.

Bardot will be exhibited during the London Design Festival in September.

Ben Klinger and Shay Carmon, industrial designers from Israel, have created the Two Leg Table.
A coffee table based on two legs only. The two legs support and balance each other, and together carry the upper surface. In order to achieve stability, the contact area between the surface and the legs was increased by using additional matter that rises above the surface. The table’s special structure was achieved by using strong materials – Corian surface and oak legs.

German designers Eva Paster and Michael Geldmacher of Neuland Industriedesign have created the Elephant Chair for the Italian furniture manufacturer Kristalia.

Italian manufacturer Tecno have won a 2010 Red Dot award of high design quality, for their Beta workplace system of furniture that was designed by Pierandrei Associati.

Design students Tor Palm and Mattias Rask have sent us the results of their exam project they completed as part of the Carl Malmsten furniture studies program in Stockholm, Sweden.
