Inspired by both Japan and Spain, the roof-tile like ceramic represents the use of this architectural element but crafted in very different ways. The roof tiles in Japan are glazed and shiny, while in the Mediterranean, the tiles are left natural, exposing its texture.

Each ceramic element allows the store to display each item separately, bringing more attention to each of the products on offer.

The ceramic pieces were also used to create the staff counter and the customers’ bench. If you’re interested in seeing how the ceramic shelves were made, you can watch a short video – here.
