At the end of the hallway, the house opens up to a large light-filled room that is home to the new living room, dining room, and kitchen.

A wall of wood that wraps around into the kitchen, and wood furniture, help to soften the concrete extension.

Matte black accents, like the kitchen island, lighting, and window frames, contrast both the wood and concrete elements, and add a dramatic touch to the interior.
