This new bike bell was intentionally designed to not look like a typical bike bell

Australian bike accessory brand Knog, have designed a contemporary version of a bicycle bell.

The bike bell is named ‘Oi’, which is fitting as the company is Australian, and ‘Oi’ is a common slang term said by people to get someone’s attention. It has been designed where form and function play an equal part in the design.

Designed to be a minimalist extension of the bike’s handlebar, it simply pops over the handlebars, and it then gets tightened.

To understand the sound of the bell, it is best to compare it to a musical instrument, where some bells play a single note, Oi plays a chord.
