A black stained wood fence surrounds the front of the property with bold pops of red welcoming you as you approach the home. Once inside the door of the gate, a small raised patio area sits with bits of greenery adding a natural element to the space. A narrow wall of tiles in different finishes adds texture and a unique design element to the front of the house, helping it stand out even more.

The entrance to the home opens into the spacious and airy living room. Custom built-in white oak cabinetry and bench line one wall to add seating and storage to the space, while planked pine ceilings stretch out overhead. Radiant heating under the polished concrete floors warm up the room and give the space a loft-like feel.

In the gourmet kitchen and dining area you’ll find more wood detailing, including the cabinetry, four floating shelves, and an oversized butcher block that doubles as a breakfast bar. The kitchen has also been designed for both functionality and entertaining, with a full pantry and wine storage right within reach. Large windows, overhead lighting, white walls and white countertops keep the kitchen feeling clean, bright, and airy.

Heading upstairs, you’ll notice that black trim runs along the sides of the steps, contrasting with the light wood. Glass running along one side of the stairs also allows in natural light, keeping the home feeling bright, and provides a safety element to the stairs as well.

Just off the stairs you’ll find a bright den that features the same planked pine ceilings as the lower level as well as more wood shelving and an office space tucked into the corner. Built-in lighting in the room creates a natural feel and the black trim running along the base of the walls matches that of the trim on the stairs, creating a feeling of cohesion throughout the home.

The master bedroom, which takes up the entire third floor, also has the planked pine ceilings, as well as windows placed near the ceiling that follow the line of the roof. These elevated windows create lots of natural light and add an extra element of privacy to the bedroom. A patio provides the ideal place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and has high walls that let you sunbathe in private.

Also in the master bedroom is a large vanity area and walk-in closet. Custom built in shelves keep the space organized and tidy, and the doorless closet lets you see what you have at a glance. The same elevated windows found in the bedroom are also in the walk in closet and help add style and natural light to the space.

A massive spa-like en suite bathroom sits just off the bedroom. Two uniquely designed vanities let multiple people get ready at once and a huge walk in shower makes getting clean fun. A glass-enclosed walk-in shower with rain shower head takes up the corner between the two large vanities.
On the opposite wall, wood panels that extend onto the floor create a designated bathing area, while wooden towel hooks and customizable shelves, keep everything you could need while bathing within reach. Next to the bath is a glass door that takes you into the sauna room, made from Finlandia red cedar.

The hallways of this home are kept bright and airy with the help of large windows that reach all the way to the ceiling. Glass panels above the doors of the bedrooms and bathrooms also allow in more light and create a feeling of continuity throughout the home.
