Dutch design firm Tjep has released photos of a public space furniture design project for the Dutch Railways. The project is located in the central hallway of the Amstel Station in Amsterdam.
From the designers:
Product photography usually doesn’t include the people who will actually be using the designs, in this case I couldn’t ignore how naturally the pieces were adopted by the passing public. The balance between privacy and openness, intimacy and interaction, were key in the development of this installation.
