For festival fans, camping at a multi-day festival can leave your tent trashed, with you often never using it again, or it is just dumped in the garbage. According to the team behind KarTent, every year, 1 in 4 festival visitors leave their tent behind at the festival, creating a large amount of unrecyclable waste for the organizers to clean up.

KarTent is a solution that allows festival organizers to offer a solution to bringing your own tent, by having temporary cardboard tents already set up.

Each tent comes flat-packed, and can be printed on, allowing for advertising for sponsors. The two-person tents have doors and windows, and are waterproofed for a guaranteed 3 days of constant rain.

The cardboard allows for easy recycling of the tent. After the festival, the tent can go directly to the paper recycling industry, so that they can re-use your tent to make new products.
