Inspired by the lemniscate (the symbol for infinity) and designed to encourage both mental and physical relaxation, industrial designer Assaf Isreal of Joynout has created Daydream, a simple chair made from two interlocking cushioned panels.

Launching next month at Salone del Mobile in Italy, the Daydream chair was designed for both public and private spaces, and can comfortably fit two people.

It’s made from a high quality timber frame upholstered with Kvadrat textiles, and it also has a removable head cushion.
