We often see kitchen islands with multiple pendant lights hanging above them, but lately we’ve been noticing a bit of a trend towards having one single long horizontal light installed over the island.
Sometimes they’re minimal, sometimes they’re more sculptural, and sometimes they appear to float in mid air because super fine wire was used to hang them. With advancements in LED lighting, it’s easier than ever before to achieve this look.
