Rooted in human behavior, the bench named ‘Tokyo’, is inspired by the Japanese custom of removing shoes before entering homes. This furniture piece crosses cultural tradition with modern home needs, and is visually influenced by Japanese Torii gates.

Rooted in human behavior, Tokyo is inspired by the Japanese custom of removing shoes before entering homes. This piece crosses cultural tradition with modern home needs, reimagining a daily object through an updated lens to suit fast paced lifestyles. Visually influenced by Japanese Torii gates, the design is distinguished by a balanced asymmetry where each component seamlessly flows with aesthetic and functional purpose.

King Boat Cultural Museum by Pingtung County Government and C.M.Chao

Located in Donggang, the Pingtung King Boat Museum is Taiwan’s first cultural center for the King Boat Ceremony. Inspired by the triennial ritual, the architecture transforms spiritual and oceanic imagery into a vessel of history and faith, linking local identity with future vision.

The design of this weather station imagines spaces beyond data points and utility, reconnecting observers with the natural environment they study to harness nature’s positive effects on productivity, mood, memory, and stress relief.

Otsuchi Table Light by Yuto Yamada

This table light is made from a deer leather captured in Otsuchi, Iwate, Japan. Otsuchi was destroyed by the devastating tsunami caused by the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. Our crop has been damaged due to a significant increase in number of deer, while the population of local residents declined. Local hunters started the Gibier business to carry on the life of a deer that was hunted as vermin. This lamp was created in a hope to carry on deer’s life and create a feeling of peace to the user.

Olivino Restaurant by Not A Studio

This project transforms a former industrial “white box” exhibition hall into a Michelin-level restaurant through a strategy of dialogue rather than coverage. By retaining the original steel dome and column-free volume, and integrating refined insertions such as a circular glass wine cellar and copper stove, the design reconciles industrial rationality with culinary warmth.

Resonance Light Installation by Yu Fan He and Chia Chen Lee

The project draws inspiration from the Seven Luminaries (Qiyao), symbolizing the cycles of the sun, moon, and stars. These celestial bodies correspond to internal human emotions and rhythms, carrying both cosmic order and the diversity of life. Positioned to echo one another across the water, the seven structures create layers of ripples that momentarily freeze the vast rhythms of heaven and earth at this specific location.

This project is based on the craftsmanship of the “RANDOSEL”- a traditional Japanese school bag-honed since their founding in 1965. While inheriting the elegance, carrying comfort, and robust box-shaped structure, the designers pursued refined functional beauty to create an iconic model to be appreciated not only in Japan but also in the international market.

The inspiration stems from the endangered bamboo weaving craft in Hong Kong, exemplified by master Lui Ming. Sound of Suzumushi is a woven bamboo pavilion featuring torus-shaped seating baskets made from Kagome triaxial weaving.

Toke Decorative Bookshelf by Sahin Celik – Maisonord

Toke’s story is built on the theme of “Balance point and the flow of knowledge.” Toke acts as a bridge, holding, displaying, and elegantly balancing precious information (books). The wooden sphere, the central element of the design, forms the weight and focal point of the entire system, creating an illusion of gravity by balancing the books’ position.

Ural Forest Children Playground Equipment by Taiga

Ural Forest is a series of children playground equipment designed in sculptural, geometric shapes to compliment contemporary urban landscape. The large Tree structures encourage active play in all weather conditions, helping children experience controlled risk responsibly. Smaller playhouses Bears and Mushrooms support roleplay, light activity, and interaction between different age groups.

Louver rhythm and gentle undulation were refined through computational studies so invisible forces-wind, time, and fermentation-can be felt as geometry, light, and shadow, while also delivering real shading and privacy.

It combines innovative technologies and natural design, with its main components made of premium acrylic glass.
