314 architecture studio has completed Rêve en suspens in Voula, a coastal suburb on the Athenian Riviera, creating a luxury residential development inspired by nature, light, and movement.

Petal-shaped balconies become the building’s signature
The first thing that catches your eye is the series of petal-like balconies wrapping around every level. These flowing forms create the building’s unmistakable identity, making it look almost as though it is unfolding like a flower.
The balconies do much more than create visual interest. Their sculptural shape provides passive shade, helps reduce direct solar exposure, increases privacy between homes, and allows natural daylight to fill the interiors. At the same time, the sweeping curves frame open views and create inviting outdoor living areas.

Organic forms meet modern engineering
Although the finished building appears soft and lightweight, its construction required a sophisticated combination of materials and structural systems.
A reinforced concrete frame forms the building’s backbone, while steel substructures and gypsum-board cladding make it possible to achieve the complex cantilevered balcony forms. This hybrid approach gave the architects the freedom to create the flowing geometry while maintaining structural strength and construction efficiency.

White finishes create a seamless look
A restrained material palette keeps the focus on the building’s distinctive form. White finishes appear throughout both the exterior and interior, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Glossy white surfaces reflect the Mediterranean light, making the curves appear even more sculptural while reinforcing the building’s bright, contemporary character.

With its biomorphic façade, crisp white palette, and innovative construction, 314 architecture studio has created a memorable landmark that adds a bold architectural presence to Voula and the wider Athenian Riviera.
