This thin laptop backpack is designed to be worn under a jacket
Designer Dave Ward has created a solution for hiding your laptop bag in plain sight.
Designed for Betabrand, the ‘Under-The-Jack Pack’ is a thin backpack that’s just big enough for a laptop, but small enough that it fits under a jacket.
When talking about the inspiration for the bag, Dave says, “Every day, I make a mile-long trek from the train station to my house through a rough neighborhood. I realized I’d feel safer if I wasn’t advertising the fact I had a laptop with me. I started thinking about ways to conceal it, and came up with the idea of a laptop sleeve with straps.”
He also mentions, “It’s great for situations where a large bag or backpack isn’t necessary: happy hour in crowded bars, commuting on crowded trains, or biking to and from work.”
