Lee Broom has introduced a striking new addition to his Requiem collection: the Requiem Wall Light. Unveiled during New York Design Week, this sculptural piece continues the collection’s exploration of fluid, hand-formed plaster, now reimagined in a format that brings atmospheric lighting directly to the wall.

Crafted entirely by hand in Broom’s London studio, the wall light is shaped using a unique technique in which plaster is manipulated while still in a semi-liquid state.

The result is an organic form that appears to hover or drape across the wall, reminiscent of fabric caught mid-motion. Its quiet, sculptural presence casts soft, architectural shadows, transforming surfaces into subtle focal points.

The Requiem Wall Light was presented in alongside the other sculptural lights in the collection. The pairing highlights how the new wall-mounted design complements the collection’s existing pieces while offering a more intimate expression of the same visual language.

With its balance of movement and stillness, the Requiem Wall Light blurs the line between art and object, bringing an understated sense of drama to any interior.
