In the kitchen, a double sided 13 foot long, concrete and quartzite island with center waterfall features two eating areas, while the kitchen backsplash showcases exposed brick that’s been glazed with gunmetal metallic paint.
The master bedroom features a wood bed frame with an asymmetrical upholstered and walnut headboard, that also has integrated nightstands. A large wool area rug adds warmth to the room, while Roman shades (with hidden blackout roller shades) add a soft touch.
In the master bathroom, a custom wall hung vanity and back panel has been made from rift cut white oak with an espresso stain, while an engineered quartz counter is complemented by faucets with a titanium finish, and gray porcelain tiles cover the floor.
Opposite the vanity is the walk-in shower that’s enclosed behind a blackened steel and glass door. Inside the shower, large format striated wall tile has been combined with a black mosaic shower floor tile for a modern industrial look.
