Orange Architects have recently won a competition for the design of a residential tower with their entry Terra Project, a building that will sit opposite the beach in Limassol, Cyprus.
The residential tower has been commissioned by Masharii & The Land, and will be comprised of 10 apartments that will sit above a commercial space.
The building has been designed as a series of stacked apartments, with each floor representing a single home that enjoys 360 degree views.
Each floor is shaped uniquely with the interiors able to be opened for indoor / outdoor living, with the outdoor spaces made up private pools, gardens and terraces.
Here’s a look at a cross section of the building that shows the different layouts.
If you’re interested, here’s a floor plan of one of the apartments that shows how the layout of the space essentially wraps around the core of the building.
