Architecture and interior design firm Assembledge+ has completed the remodel of a mid-century house in California, and as part of the update, they included an oversized sliding glass door.

The black-framed glass wall opens up the living room and connects it to the patio that surrounds the swimming pool.

The wall-to-wall full-height sliding glass door has tinted glass, and when opened, it’s held in place by an external frame that’s been built into the architecture of the home.

From the living room, the view of the swimming pool is uninterrupted as you can see that the entire wall disappears from view.
